I'll investigate and pull together a team of stakeholders to deliver on a solution. I can help you build something from scratch. From launching a self-sustaining community of clients in a new locale, strategic partnerships for channel marketing and client retention, or building new departments due to operational need - I can do it and have done it. I'll build your team charter, organize your metrics for success, and start those necessary relationships with industry leaders. I'm your "dot connector." From volunteering as a community development mentor for the Portland Incubator Experience (PIE), sitting on the leadership team for the national nonprofit Out in Tech, and volunteering as a monthly event lead for Portland Women in Tech (PDXWIT) I'm no stranger to the stage. I'll speak in front of your crowds, help bring together the right groups and businesses for common events, and encourage leaders toward organizational equity for all of their staff.
